Using Diffuser Oil

  • Simply add diffuser/burning oil in your diffuser and let it disperse fine mist of fragrance.
  • You can also mix multiple aromas that fit your mood and interest
  • Can be used on Oil Burners/Diffuser ONLY

Using Essential Oil: 

  • You can use it with Oil Diffusers
  • Simply Inhale directly from the bottle or using steam method, but don’t let the undiluted oil touch your skin.
  • Dry evaporation using cotton ball / fabric to inhale or to let it disperse to your surroundings.
  • You can use it for skincare and massage. Make sure to dilute essential oils with a carrier oil before you use it on skin.
  • You can use it in your favorite cosmetic products, but make sure to dilute the essential oil in a carrier oil first.

Precautions For Using Essential Oils

The potency and potential risks of essential oils require that you use them with care. Do not take essential oils internally.

People who shouldn’t use essential oils without a doctor’s recommendation include:

  • Older adults
  • Children younger than 12
  • Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding

Also make sure to consider pets in the environment. Some essential oils can be dangerous for pets.

Talk to a doctor before using essential oils if you take any medications or have any health concerns, including high blood pressure, low immunity, or epilepsy.
